Our prayers here at Duplicating Systems go out to the Japanese people and all others affected by this tragedy.  Both Canon and Savin are based in Japan and have suffered damage, but the extent is not fully known as of now.
 
DSI has always taken pride in our level of service provided to our customers.  Our vendors are still trying to assess the damage in Japan and its potential impact on our many customers.  We are working with the manufactures and other key distribution points should availability of any parts or supplies occur.  We ask for your patience during this time of uncertainty, but please know that we are working to avoid any potential delays that would impact your business.
