Co-owners Ken Scoville and Scott Thurmond have over 30 years combined experience at Duplicating Systems, and are uniquely positioned with a combination of technical and customer service skills to keep SDI at the cutting edge of the ever changing copying and printing industry.
Our Service Managers, Doug Roig in Athens, and Tim Paradise in Augusta, have each been with DSI for over 20 years. Their teams are filled with technicians who can point to 15 or more year’s experience, not just in the  industry, but here at DSI. A couple can even trace their service back to 1969, the company’s founding date.
To keep all the paperwork straight, our administrator, Edna England, has over 25 years of service with our organization, providing prompt and courteous service from real people, not generic call centers.
